Mrs. DeVita’s 3rd-grade class participated in a hands-on pumpkin investigation today. They used their knowledge of estimating to predict how many seeds were in the pumpkin, then they got their hands dirty by counting the exact number of seeds. Our pumpkin had 536 seeds!
