During the week of Oct. 12th, grades 1, 2, & 3 students at Washington School participated in an “in-school field trip.” Orchun Koroglu, a Rutherford parent, shared his expertise in game design. Students used drawing and pixels on an iPad to create a character that could play in an online game. The Profile of Rutherford graduate competencies- critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration were in action.
