March 2 is National Read Across America Day. This day was established by the National Education Association (NEA) in 1998 to help get children excited about reading. The Kindergarten Center will celebrate the love of reading all month long and kicked off the first week with a special appearance by the Rutherford Bulldog and guest readers from Rutherford High School and the Rutherford Police Department! Thank you to the Rutherford High School students who volunteered to be a part of Read Across Rutherford and to Captain Farrell!
