In order to celebrate Read Across America day, several National Junior Honor Society students took a trip to Salomé Ureña Elementary School in Newark NJ to help 4th grade students participate in their first annual Literacy Fair. Our 8th graders presented students with the gift of literacy by donating some of their favorite books to their book buddies. Lincoln School celebrated the anniversary of Read Across America Day/Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 1, 2019. Students from RHS and community members visited Lincoln School to read to students.
