Discovery Trip to Grounds for Sculpture
Students from the Lincoln and Washington School Discovery programs took their annual trip to Grounds for Sculpture in late October. The weather was perfect and the sculptures were "amazing," according to the students. Each participant chose a sculptor to research prior to the trip. With the exception of one sculptor, all students found their sculptor's work. We also saw some wildlife on display: peacocks, frogs, and a great grey heron that Ms. DeBouter thought was a sculpture!
