At its meeting on June 30, 2025, the Rutherford Board of Education authorized the award of a contract for professional legal services to Fogarty, Hara, LaPira, & Cherry LLP with offices at 21-00 Route 208 South, Fair Lawn, New Jersey 07410, to provide legal services to the district for the 2025-26 school year. The contractual amount shall be at a fee to be determined for the work to be performed. This resolution and contract are on file and available for public inspection at the Rutherford Board of Education offices located at 176 Park Ave Rutherford, NJ 07070.
