Navigating the After-School Transition
As we begin the 2025-2026 school year, many parents may notice their children exhibiting challenging behaviors after a long day of school. These behaviors, often a result of emotional and mental fatigue, are a normal part of the after-school adjustment. They are not a cause for alarm, but rather a sign that a child needs support in transitioning from the structured school environment back to the comfort of home.
