A close-knit crew of Rutherford High School students is gearing up for state-level competition in hard-core academics: a full range of subjects, reliance on team performance, high-pressure speeches and “cram sessions.” With past Academic Decathlon wins a decade ago, this could be their year to bring back the title. Pierrepont Green Team
The Green Team at Pierrepont School has been working extremely hard bagging, weighing, and recycling plastic bags. To date, we have been able to recycle just over 2,000 pounds of bags! That is just about 200,000 ShopRite bags! Our last drop off will be April 3. Thank you to all who have contributed to this effort.

RHS Celebrates the 1920’s – It’s Gatsby Day!
Students in Ms. Prinzo's English 200 classes have been working hard researching cultural aspects of the 1920s (such as jazz, fashion trends, political changes, and of course prohibition!) and prepared an immersive 1920s experience for all to enjoy! The students worked along-side RHS Media Specialist Ms. Mayo to put together an afternoon that truly was "the bees knees!"
