Meet Ms. Kim Huzzy, Pierrepont’s Student Assistant Counselor. Ms. Huzzy is a fan favorite among Pierrepont students, and is always willing to lend an ear and offer advice or assistance carefully with genuine compassion and care. Ms. Huzzy has been a part of the Rutherford Public Schools district for the past 20 years and helps students individually as they work on their social, emotional, and academic needs. We are planning for ‘normal’ opening in 2021-22
To apply for additional federal funding, Rutherford Public Schools submitted a detailed plan for school operations. The plan was compiled as part of the application for grant funding, and it covers mask wearing and social distancing practices that were in place this past year.
The plan we submitted will be posted on our website as a condition of the grant, but it will not reflect the public safety rules that will evolve for Fall 2021.
