Washington School students enjoyed traveling the roads and byways of Scooterville.\u00a0 Scooterville is an annual tradition that is a”favorite” of our students.\u00a0 Part of the physical education curriculum, the activity teaches the students about pedestrian and vehicular safety.\u00a0 In addition, the students also have the opportunity to play scooter basketball, scooter volleyball, scooter bowling, and scooter soccer.\u00a0 The students also visit Nurse McShane’s Scooterville Hospital to learn about effective hand washing.\u00a0 Scooterville is designed by Physical Education teacher, Mr. Bligh, with support from the Washington School PTA.\"Scooterville\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
