However, we are limited by space and aging facilities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<\/strong>\u00a0Investing in the \u201cOur Kids, Our Vision, Our Future\u201d referendum will deliver 21 modern classrooms (including new science labs), expand our gym usage, improve the RHS field and address the overcrowding at lunch.\u00a0 It also will allow for a nurse&#8217;s bathroom and elevator at the K Center.\u00a0 The average $430,000 home would pay<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>approximately<strong> $33.48 per month<\/strong>\u00a0on a 25-year bond and\u00a0approximately <strong>$29.72 <\/strong>on a 30-year bond.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Vote on October 2, 2018!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Problem:\u00a0 Rutherford is expanding its programs and increasing in enrollment.
