What if the most promising climate solutions in the world weren\u2019t coming from boardrooms\u2026 but from classrooms around the globe?<\/p>\n

Students in Mrs. Almaliah’s 6th-grade Gifted and Talented classroom were asked, \u201cWhat can we do about climate change?\u201d Through the Climate Innovation Challenge, they identified what they care about in their communities, designed solutions to protect it, and shared their innovations through creative video storytelling with the world.<\/p>\n

After months of hard work, and in competition with 1,500 student videos, three of Pierrepont’s students won Honorable Mention in this competition. Huge congratulations to Cordelia Fischer, Mila Traganos, and Arjun Agarwal.
