Students in Mrs. Stallone’s fourth grade STEM class designed, engineered, and programmed a working lighthouse using Legos, mirrors, and their SAMLabs block kits. The students learned about the purpose of a lighthouse and used SAMLabs to program their blocks to spin and light up, just like a real lighthouse! The students worked together to figure out a way to get the lighthouse to light up when the room became dark. Fun was had by all in our last project of Quarter 1!
