Pierrepont fifth grade students in Mr. Bach and Mrs. Garabedian classes participated in the Safe Route to Schools presentation, presented by Ms. Lisa Lee, the deputy director of Bike and Pedestrian programs with EZ RIde. The students also had the opportunity to participate in a poster contest as part of a Silver nomination award. Students participated in a zoom safety presentation and created safety posters based on what they learned. The students in the picture were recognized for their posters and were awarded with a safety prize of their choice, a bike helmet, a bike light, a bike bell, or a safety bag.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
