In June, Chromebooks will be collected from students in Grade 6, Grade 8<\/em>, and Grade 12<\/em>. Similar to checking for damage to textbooks and other district-issued supplies, each school will establish a procedure for the check-out process.
\nA fee will be charged for damaged Chromebooks. The items that will be charged for include:<\/p>\n

\nCracked screen\/glass\n<\/td>\n\nCracked screen\/glass – Visible sign of accidental damage\n<\/td>\n\n$90\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\nStickers\n<\/td>\n\nUnauthorized stickers that violate acceptable use policy\n<\/td>\n\n$20\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\nMissing keys\n<\/td>\n\nVisible signs that keys have been removed and\/or the rubber cap damaged\n<\/td>\n\n$80\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
