In Ms. LaSpisa’s 2nd grade, students learned all about computers and were introduced to basic coding thanks\u00a0to some\u00a0parents who came in to teach the\u00a0topics. In one activity, the students\u00a0had to program how to draw a letter. The students had to give clear instructions in order to have Mr. Moore draw the letter correctly. Then, the students created a Dance to Codes<\/em><\/strong> activity where the students came up with a dance move assigned\u00a0to each shape. It was a fun day for Mr. and Ms. Moore and the students.<\/p>\n
