All absences other than religious exemptions and documented, Take Your Child to Work Day, count toward the 18 days noted in our attendance policy.\u00a0 Absences must be reported to the school.\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:kcenterattendance@rutherfordschools.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kcenterattendance@<wbr \/>rutherfordschools.org<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Your first point of contact regarding your child is their\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rutherfordschools.org\/kcenter\/about-kcenter\/staff-directory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.rutherfordschools.org\/kcenter\/about-kcenter\/staff-directory\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1695817764052000&amp;usg=AOvVaw0yB2CrZFaJRO6qJ6meNme2\">classroom teacher<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Check your email and your child&#8217;s folder <em>daily<\/em>.\u00a0 Ensure your voicemail\u00a0is able to accept messages in the event the school needs to contact you.<\/li>\n<li>Please\u00a0do your best to make any changes to pick up prior to the start of the day.
