Partners in the Education of our Children
Mission
The mission of the Union School PTA is to promote the education and well-being
of all students at home, in school and in the community. The purpose of PTA is to
bring parents and teachers together to express ideas and interests of students,
thereby enhancing the educational experience through the addition of programs
that cannot be accomplished by the school and district alone.
Objectives
1. Make all students feel important, capable and part of the community.
2. Increase parent participation.
3. Assist and support school staff by working in a cooperative role to bring the home
and school closer together.
4. Raise funds necessary to meet the needs of the year's planned activities.
