Regular monthly meetings of the Rutherford Board of Education shall generally be held on the second Monday of each month, and the second Monday following the Annual School Election. Regular meetings shall be held at the Rutherford High School and shall commence at 7:30 P.M.; and every Monday of each month shall be reserved and scheduled to be Worksessions of the Board and shall be held at the Rutherford High School at 7:30 P.M., unless otherwise notified, cancelled, or deferred to start at a later hour. At each Worksession, action may be taken should the need arise. The public section of the meeting shall end by 11:00 P.M., unless a majority of the Board members present approve an extension of the meeting. The order of business shall be as follows unless temporarily changed by the Board.
